The building was designed – composed of a few blocks including cuboid visible from the Legnicka side and lying cylinder with elliptical cross-section visible from the shopping mall Magnolia Park.
It is equipped with air-conditioning, fire protection system (smoke detectors), openable windows and three high-speed elevators. The tenant’s safety is provided by the access control system, twenty-four-hour security and monitoring. There is receptive hall and banking branches on the ground floor. On the fifth and sixth floors are observation terraces.
